Great in accommodating follow-ups
They were good in general. The managers/supervisors were great when it comes to follow up. They were accessible and not hard to reach. But there was a lot of follow ups that happened for the job as the workers were not careful in doing the service. There was a lot of carelessness, needs lot of supervision for the team and the quality of the tiles that they used for my bathroom was not that good. However Auf and Theneyan, the in-charge was very accessible whenever I call them for follow ups and to give my feedback.
